Hello;
May question lang po ako... Ako ulit yung tattoo artist na may job offer. Question ko this time is if I apply for the 59day tourist visa, tapos pagdating ko mag-apply ako work permit is that possible?? or do I have to apply for more than 59 days + medical??? hindi ba magtaka immigration officer if asked bakit ganun katagal visit sa NZ example 6months stay kung visit lang friend?? please email me at bathala_t2@yahoo.com (para sure d ko ma-miss answer nyo po) thanks |

1. If you have a job offer why come here to new zealand on a visitor's visa?
2. If your job offer is genuine, they should give you a written employment contract, which you can submit to immigration to apply for a work visa;
3. If you take the risk of going to new zealand on a visitor's visa, regardless of the length of stay, you run the risk of being turned down by customs officers here. They ask lots of questions and once you blurt out that you are not really visiting but actually going to work here without proper visas, you will be denied entry and will leave on the next available flight to manila.
