Hi there, I am also preparing my docs for my nzqa. they required to submit the ff..
1. certificate of completion of final year at a general or junior secondary school.
> Is this means a diploma in High School? My high school diploma was destroyed can I simply submit a certification of completion from the school registrar.

2. employment records or employer references describing my work experience.
> does it means my appointment letter, pay slip, company ID etc?

Pls... anyone there with an idea

Checklist for full NZQA

2. Original Trancript of Records (TOR)
3. Employment certificate ( dapat naka-pattern sa resume mo)
4. Board certificate/ License (board certificate from PRC ang pinadala ko)
5. Resume (as mentioned, dapat 1:1 vs employment certificate).
6. NZQA form (NZQA/QRS-05/Version 1, sa website meron)
7. High school diploma (if available) - hindi na ako nagbigay nito
8. Training certificates (technical trainings lang, wag na yung seven habits, team building, etc. Likewise, wag mo na ilagay sa resume yung mga non technical trainings).
9. 2 sets photocopy of documents

Hello Ado! Ask ko lang if these documentary requirements need to be authenticated (diploma, transcript, certificate from PRC, etc). Thanks

If you want your original documents returned, include NZ$36.00 for return of documents fee. See last page of NZQA form.

If you're in a hurry, avail of NZQA fast track service.

I got my NZQA QAR result after more than 2 months (including December holidays). I should've availed of fast track service. tsk tsk

Hi Sir Ado, your post is very helpful to me since I will be sending my documents to NZQA also but is it ok not to send the High School documents (transcript and diploma)?

How did you pay for your applciation? if sa card, i just have to include my card details sa application form and sila na ba bahala mag charge?

Thanks for the help!
