my application for residence visa is already in progress where the only remaining paper i have to comply is the repeat laboratory tests of my partner. I have hang ups on this matter as I am not sure whether my partner can make it or not as he is recently experiencing cardiac problems. The question i would like to ask you there is "What will be my chances if my partner did not pass the health screening process? It's very frustrating if after all the efforts and finances not to mention the emotions...i invested in this application will all be wasted... PLease share me your thoughts and experiences related to this...thanks a lot...alexandra |

cross the bridge when you get there!
u are not certain if your husband would get the visa or not.
You don;t want to live the life asking the question: "what if your husband was approved?" if you don;t pursue your application because of your current fear?
Cheers! |

| also, check with the NZIS website and know what diseases/medical conditions are classified as "BURDEN TO THE NZ HEALTHCARE SECTOR'. if the disease or condition is included in that list, then chances of getting a visa/residency is very slim if there is any. |
