History: my wife lodged an eoi application nov2005, sa appli sya na muna, although declared dun yung sa akin at sa anak namin (during kasi submission ng EOI, medyo tight kami sa budget and we only had enough funds for 1)
processing went well then....
My wife was interviewed last month thru phone by frances wu. after the interview medyo natakot misis ko kasi baka matuloy na daw.from the blogs kasi, mukhang 3months after the interview makukuha wtr decision then after 1 month yung visa (sana matuloy na!).
eto problem. gusto ng wife ko isama na yung sa akin sa application nya (anak nmin next year since meron pa sya school). since medyo natagalan ang processing, we were able to save enough funds na for the family
hesitation ko lang, baka maapektuhan ang appli nya. like ma delay or worst, ma deny pa if after the interview eh biglang isasama yung appli for me.
advise naman po. need to decide kasi what to do asap. |

i am not sure/not clear to me as to which stage of the application your wife is already in.
if your wife is now awaiting decision after the interview:
i think you need to wait for the decision on your wife's application first because that application is for your wife only.
alternatively, you can apply along with your son independent from that of your wife.
You dont mix up applications as this is confusing to the VO.
once your wife got the WTR visa, try to check with NZIS if she is already allowed to act as your sponsor.
i just hope the in your wife's application, you and your son were declared in the form (although not part of the application). Non declaration is very critical as it will cast suspicion on your wife's application. the VO would be wondering why you and your son were not declared.
all the best. |

@wellingtonianbuddy:
thanks sir, she was interviewed and awaiting the wtr. yes, we were declared sa appli nya. will probably do what you suggested.
follow-up questions po,
after she receives her wtr visa, how soon can she process our appli/visa? (sakin and our son?)
weeks, months or years ba after she is employed? btw, citizen na ata ang sister nya dun, nakatira sa auckland |
