| meron talaga big advantage if daan ka sa consultancy kasi sila they have the knowledge on how to help with your application. so far evp consultancy is very honest with their services naman. if di daan sa consultancy possible kasi na ma deny ka due to mis representation of your requirements and preparing the duties and responsibilities that wil met the standard of the country you are applying. mostly, applicants who hired a consultant passed without interview. |

"so far evp consultancy is very honest with their services naman." - the jury's still out there. so many "consultants" left our countrymen in the dust, so please understand when I am calling for caution. hopefully your company will not disappoint.
"if di daan sa consultancy possible kasi na ma deny" - you can also be denied even though you have a consultant. There are cases in the appeals board of NZ immigration who were DENIED a PR even though they had "consultants." All their decided cases are online.
"mostly, applicants who hired a consultant passed without interview" - Those lucky enough to secure a job offer in the Phils and apply for a work visa do NOT require interview, but when they will apply for PR they WILL BE INTERVIEWED. The WTR process ALWAYS HAS AN INTERVIEW, that is required by Immigration NZ.
I could somewhat agree with you that "consultants" have their uses. I have always said that a "consultant" might be helpful if you have "special circumstances" - a serious illness or criminal record comes to mind, that would greatly affect your application. |

levi,
Nalilito ako sa work visa at work to residence visa. May job offer kasi ako as Process engineer/electrician. Ano ho bang klaseng visa aaplyan ko "general work visa" or "work to residence" visa? Thanks. |

Congratulations, may job offer ka na. If after thorough investigation and soul searching on your part you want to accept the offer, then time is of the essence and you really need to arrive in nz the soonest.
My husband also was offered a job in the phils. pa and he applied for a general work visa and he included in his application his signed contract with the nz employer. when you download the work visa application, make sure to tick the option on the first page that you will apply for residency later on.
After one year in nz, he applied for the work to residence visa and he was granted permanent residency na. |

Levi,
Mangungulit na naman ako. Tiningnan ko dito sa form( NZIS 1015) di ko makita yong option sa first page na will apply residency later. Ang nandito ay Work to residence, General work, Family at others(specify). |

I have a question. I wanna apply rin sa New Zealand.Call center/ Customer Service. pero ung mga nsa job listings. there are lots of openings for Customer service pero my NOTE: "You must be eligible to work in NZ to apply for this role.".
How can I apply if i dont have a work Visa yet.
and n order to get a work visa i need a job offer.
Kaya i dont know what to do.
I really need to get a job offer. but i dont know how to get one.
Can someone enlighten me on how the process really works.
Thanks

Job offers do not get our way, sadly. Only those highly skilled do get job offers while in the Philippines, but they are very, very, very few.
That is because hiring persons from overseas have very strict and very hard standards. Here are some of the standards that have to be met before a nz hire an overseas worker:
*the company has to prove that no one who is physically in new zealand is ready, willing and able to take on the employment advertised - the company has to prove that they have placed an ad for the vacancy and that no one applied for it and/or no one was qualified to take on the position.
I do not now much about the call centre industry in nz so I have no information if there is a lack of qualified call centre agents.
*the minimum annual gross salary for the overseas employer must not be less that NZ$55,000.00. In your research regarding job offers, how much was the salary offered? Is it more or is it less than that amount?
Those are some points to ponder; for more information, go to www.immigration.govt.nz
You can always start the migration process through skilled employment (WTR) - a job offer is not essential (although desirable).
Good luck |
