Hello need ko lang advice nyo pleaseeeeeeee

Nagsubmit po ako ng work visa under partnership last Feb 1,2008 and additional of medical last Feb 11,2008.How long will it process my application?

In the end I waited for about 4 months before my visa was released pero 2 years visa ang binigay sa akin. november 2006 ako umalis at hanggang november 2008 ang visa ko.

hope this helps.

Hi levi

I have a friend who's in the same situation as you were. Can I refer her to you? Nandyan din sya sa auckland, (nasa Taupo kasi ako) is it ok if you send me your contact details through private message? Thanks a lot.

Would like to help but I would rather remain anonymous. Don't worry, I am the real deal and I am really here in nz.

If you or your friend have any queries feel free to ask through this forum or through PM.

Ta!

Pero pag more than 6 months, kailangan full medical.

from what i understand of the current immigration laws pag 6 months or less ang stay, wala nang medical pero if the stay is more than that then full medical na.

I get it na. If more than 6 months stay, pwede chest x-ray lang. If more than 12 months, full medical ang required. Here is the link. Click on "good health"

Or on this, click on "health":

depende. sabi nila if all papers and documents are in order, mga 30 to 60 days.

in my case, i submitted my papers july 2007 and received my visa october 2007 (90 days) because there was some irregular results on my medical (cholesterol and fatty liver) so i had to go to a specialist and submit additional data.

please remember that in our case, my (now) husband was SINGLE when he applied for residency visa, so hindi ako included as partner on his WTR application. He left for New Zealand after our wedding, so in order to join him right away I applied for a work visa. Visa application is DIFFERENT if a MARRIED person applied for permanent residency through skilled migration but decided for one reason or another did not include his/her spouse in the current application.

Hope this helps

in my case, the doctor said i am reasonably healthy but indicated in my medical that i have irregular results on cholesterol and lipid profile. So the visa officer recommended additional tests.

Question:

or aayusin muna ng Panel Doctor lahat ng natuklasan nya let say fatty liver, urine, etc. saka nya ipapasa sayo ung medical results so that pagpasa mo sa embassy, most likely approved ka?

also, ibig sabihin din kung nagtatakenote ang panel doctor mo, lahat ng tests at repeat tests mo naka record at indicate sa medical notes nung form? o nakalagay lang dun ung test na pinasa mo kahit na maka ilang ulit ka pa, let say in my case sa urine. kunyari oct. 1 = 1st take ng urine then failed, tapos pct. 2 - 2nd take, failed ulit, then oct. 3 - 3rd take then ok na. parang naka report in detailed kaya un na nilalagay ng panel doctor sa form?

thanks.

when my doctor said i was reasonably healthy except for fatty liver, i take it to mean that i do not have any serious or communicable disease that would seriously harm my chances in my application BUT i do have irregular tests results that would delay the issuance of my application than the usual 30 to 60 days.

in my case, fatty liver is fatty liver - i had irregular results because of that so they had to send my results to a new zealand panel doctor. Not sure in your case - ask your doctor na lang siguro.

So the best way for those who will undergo medical is - have an independent medical first (check for urine, high blood, cholesterol, etc) before undergoing medical and see if you need to shapen up before the main event so that you pass with flying colours.
