If anyone is looking for a place to stay, short-term or long-term, even just for a week. Fully-furnished, breath-taking views, infront of bus stop and walking distance to train station, close to shops, schools, church. St. Johns Road, St. Johns. $210 for a spacious bedroom and $160 for a spacious shared room. Rent includes meals, power, phone, water, linens, utensils. Rooms with built-in cabinets, study table, sofa, bedside table and drawers. Let me know if anyone is interested. Regards, Maria

Hi, Romeo. Place is in St. Johns. The house is called Tambayan Pinoy Accommodation. The Tambayan is already full. The second house, Lungga, has 2 bedrooms availble out of 5. One is for a couple. Regards, Maria

hi maria, would just like to ask if it's not really possible to rent in the second house that you're mentioning couple with kid. coz you see, i have a 10 year old son who will be 11 this july. would really want to rent a room with inclusion of linen, meals, etc.. para no hassles na. please accommodate us. thank you very much. regards. daisy
