palagay ko dalawang tanong lang kailangan sagutin para masimulan ng NZ immigration application:

1. Ano meron ka?
ano skills mo, documents to support that you have those skills (employment records, training record, educational certificates, etc.) - gawing mo makatotohanan ang assessment - dont be what you you are not.

2. ano kailangan ng NZ?

check mo ang nzis website - list of SHORTAGE SKILLS - BOTH short term and long term. - kung nandun ang qualification/skill mo- pasok ka.

cheers.

again - wag gumamit ng agent/consultant . walang silbi yan.

internet lang ang kailangan mo to check for jobs, etc......

hmmm, medyo mahirap siguro kung tourist visa whilst applying for a job.
normally sa job ads - lagi nakalagay only those who are allowed to work in NZ may apply (kung tourist visa ka, di ka naman allowed to work) kaya most likely - ignored ang application mo.

maliban na lang kujng talagang in-demand ang skill mo, the potential employer may take the extra effort of helping you get a work visa so you can work for them - this is an exceptional case.

mas mainam kung may work visa ka talaga habang naghahanap ka ng trabaho.

sana nakatulong.

Hi Mareza!

You do not need to use a migration agent to lodge any kind of visa application. Your application will not be decided any sooner if you use a migration agent and they cannot influence the outcome of your application.

However, if you do not feel confident in lodging an application, or if your case is complex, you may wish to use a migration agent to help you.

But if you value your money, suggest to apply online. You'll see how much money you can save.

Try to visit this site to know more about online application, the things you need to know and the answers to your questions. Just be patient in reading
http://www.immigration.govt.nz

By the way, how did you do your NZQA? Why did you undergo NZQA? Some enlightenment please. Thank you.

hi, im currently in south korea as tourist. but im actually working for a korean office here, mahirap talaga kasi kumuha ng working visa dito especially if you're working for an office, most of pinoys daw kasi dito sa factory nagwo-work. so makukwestyon daw boss ko why hire pinoy if kaya naman ng korean ung papagawa nya sa akin. anyway, uwi ako sa july as my visa will expre then. pero my work will continue kasi may phil branch kme and may pinapa ayos sa kin ung boss ko sa davao na esl school for koreans.

anyway, plan ko sana to visit my friend in NZ, he's working in telecoms and sabi ko i wanted to go places to check for other opportunity. he suggested na to go to NZ as tourist and try applying for a job there kasi pag nagustuhan daw ng employer pede akong kunan ng working visa. is it true? pinagpipilian ko kasi is dubai or NZ.

what's best to do ba? and the docu needed to be submitted sa embassy? thank u! Smile

@nivla_nel: It's rare to find a company who'll help you get a working visa UNLESS your skills are HIGHLY in-demand. The fact is, most (if not all) NZ companies prefer to hire local workers or those who have work permits already.

If you're not convinced, read the other postings. Tourist visa is not the way to go if you want to work in NZ.

guys ask ko lang, is six(6) months really enough to find work in new zealand (prefer sana auckland)and process residence appli?

we just received a wtr invite from frances wu pero six months lang, deadline for us to send final wtr appli is sept06. para kasi panget ng timing, going into the holiday season na sabi ng madami is mahirap maghanap ng work.

should we delay submitting until the last week? better ba if pareho na kami agad pumunta or wife ko muna?

my wife (promary applicant) is a food technologist, am into sales naman.

please inputs naman. ty

Food tech has good chance of finding job to fulfill WTR requirements. From what I hear, nakakahanap naman ang mga food people. So go for it. I suggest let your wife go first since she is the principal applicant; when she has gotten the job, follow.

sama mo lang. wag mo na lang i-claim ng points. wala rin advantage kung patapusin mo, since mababa rin magiging register sa NZQA.

Generally when you complete an EOI form, kasama na talaga ang whole family mo. If youe spouse have recognized qualification gained from a degree/work experience you can claim 20 points from it. This is what I mean na dont claim points. If youre total points is more than 100 without this you can submit your EOI. But still, the higher your point the better.
