Yes definitely
As a wife, she is your dependent. Provided you have proof of relationship such as your marriage certificate, you should be able to obtain her an indefinite work permit as your dependent.
Or to expadite, a visitor's visa. Philippines is not a visa waive country under the New Zealand Immigration Law, so you need to obtain either of the two. It should not be a problem getting this sorted out as long as you have all the documentation ready.
I hope this answers your question. Thank you. |

Hi, Cable guy.
Yes, you could get your wife here. Have her apply Work Visa ($140 fee) or Visitor's Visa ($80 fee) as "dependent of a long-term worker". You will need to submit your letter of support, copy of marriage certificate, copy of your job contract, copy of tenancy agreement of proof of accomodation, and copy of your payslips. And application form, of course. You wife has to submit it in the Phils. She needs to submit full medic als as well if she's staying for more than 1 year.
Regards,
Maria |
