Hello everyone,
We had a bad experience with the bus company Wanaka Connexions which we want to warn people about. We had just finished a fantastic snowboarding holiday in the south island of NZ, and we needed to get from Wanaka to Queenstown to catch our flight. We called this bus company, told them when our flight was leaving and asked them which bus to catch. We got the bus, paid our $40 each (ouch!), and arrived at the airport just in time to see our flight leave. Gee thanks guys, great advice! Think we could get a refund? Not a chance! The manager was rude and unhelpful, and follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Our advice, avoid this bus company and take your money elsewhere.
