Dear Sir/ Madame:
This is from Chiu Szutu, I would like to share my experience with all the others. I am a tenant of Harcourts Wellington Johnsonville, with the
agent Karen Ellis. She is not a very hard-working person. When I reported the fault, the problem did not solve for years.
In June this year, I reported that there was stain in the house I am renting. She agreed to solve this matter. However, this problem
did not solve at all and in September 20, when she inspected the house, Karen seemed suddenly discovered the problem and
blamed us for this problem.
I hope anyone should be aware of Karen Ellis of Johnsonville Harcourts.
Thank you very much.
Please feel free to contact me : cszutu@hotmail.com
Have a nice day.
Best regards,
Chiu Szutu

In response to this, this man rented a property off Harcourts Property Management. I own the property management department at Harcourts and put my heart and sole into my owner's properties. I have references from many of my landlords and tenants alike. This tenant didn't like being told that he was in the wrong and as such, has got his revenge by posting my name on the internet. Shame he didn't come and talk to me instead.
Kind regards
Karen Ellis |

if the tenant thinks that he/she is placed in a disadvantaged position, he/she should take this issue up with the local council - tenancy tribunal. that way, your issues will be judiciously resolved.
i would like to believe the tenant but the effort of posting this issue over the internet rather than going to the tenancy tribunal casts a certain degree of suspicion on the intentions of the tenant.
I am also thinking of another possible cause? Perhaps this is a cross cultural communication issue? Maybe you two can talk again and discuss the matter in a more cordial way and more aware of the cultural differences.
All the best to both of you. |
