| We are also leaving on the 14th of Sept. We'll be staying temporarily at my husband's cousin's place. Ask ko lang if how much is the average house rental fee in Glenfield? Is it near the City Center? Thanks. |

hi leahmay,
2 bedroom house - $250-$300 per week
3 bedroom house - $330-$380 per week
everything naman is swertihan din kung makatagpo ka ng medyo mura na maganda pa. saka iba-ibang deal, merong iba kasama na water and/or power and/or mowing. it always comes with a hob(stove), at pag medyo swerte ka nga may kasama pang dishwasher. the landlord usually ask for 3 weeks bond, a week deposit and advance. cbd is about 15-20 minutes drive from glenfield.
