|
|
Hello everyone!
I would like to gather information regarding work permits as I was informed earlier through the Pinoy2NZ group that a work permit, once you receive a job offer can be obtained within six days.
This bit of info jumped back to memory when I was declined by one NZ employer because I cannot give them a definite start date. Indeed the process of obtaining a work permit can be quite time consuming, but if I can get a work permit (not residence) within six days then perhaps I can commit to a start date and obtain that particular employer's favour.
Can anybody help me out on this one? Please |

Yes you should give your employer definite time frame when will you commence to come and work to NZ. Or else they will give the offer to other applicants.
Yes 6 working days is the maximum days for the release of Talent Work Visa. Provided youre already done with full medical exams and documents is completed.
But in my case I think it only took 2 to 3 days to process the Talent Work Visa.Hope this enlightens you.
Regards,
Achie |

Hi, id like to ask, if you have to go through the POEA medicals for your POEA clearance. I am wanting to ask POEA to have me waived as I am going on work visa that requires a full medical exam as well.

Hi Jaziboo,
You no longer need the POEA medical exam since you already done with the Full Medical Exam requirements of NZIS Manila.POEA medical exam will be taken only if the job is administer by POEA+Host Country. Tell POEA that you are direct hire. Please see sequence on how to get POEA clearance for your reference.
This is the path I took before since im under Talent Work Visa.

Achie
