[quote="bgkz25"]Yup Aspirant you have a very good point here. But please don't take my reply literally. It's just my way to pacify the persons posting here na medyo mainit to ease up a little bit. No exchanging of words that is meant to harm.
I mean, isa lang naman ang goal natin dito, to help each other na makaraos sa application. That is the main goal of this forum and not the otherway around. Afterall, what goes around, comes around.
God Bless us all! |

Oh my. Why even bother to prolong this thread. I hope mine's the last.
Just be warned about immigration agents like Sampang OR for that matter ALL PRIVATE IMMIG AGENTS.
Basic logic...WHY GO THROUGH A MIDDLE MAN WHEN YOU CAN EASILY DO THE APPLICATION YOURSELF. ERGO, YOU ONLY NEED SKILLS IN ENGLISH - READING & WRITING.

To check the reliability of an agent, check the immigration website at www.immigration.govt.nz
You will learn about what an immigration advice or consultancy is all about.
"What is immigration advice. Immigration Advice Industry Q What is immigration advice? Those who provide immigration advice in New Zealand are already subject to offence provisions under the Crimes Act, Immigration Act and consumer protection laws. A large proportion of immigration advice fraud is committed, however, without an immigration application being lodged with the Immigration Service. The Immigration Service will also refuse to accept applications from unlicensed immigration advisors."
"Greetings Regulation of Immigration Agents You may be aware that the Minister of Immigration announced recently Cabinet’s agreement in principle to the statutory regulation of immigration agents. An immigration agent is: A person who provides immigration advice as defined above. Education recruitment agents who provide immigration advice onshore should be subject to regulation. Hon Paul Swain Minister of Immigration 23 May 2004 Media Statement Immigration Agents to be Regulated Immigration Minister, Paul Swain, today announced Cabinet’s agreement in principle to the statutory regulation of immigration agents. Lawyers providing immigration advice will be exempt because their industry is already adequately regulated."
To those who are planning to act as an Immigration Consultant, make sure you comply with the rules of the New Zealand Immigration Service. |

Fabrication is almost similar to falsification of a document. This is considered as a CRIME.
-disproof: any evidence that helps to establish the falsity of something
-a willful perversion of facts
-the act of rendering something false as by fraudulent changes (of documents or measures etc.) or counterfeiting
-the act of determining that something is false
"The act of forging, especially the illegal production of something counterfeit.
Something counterfeit, forged, or fraudulent."
"Forgery, Forger"
"If we accept the definition usually given by canonists, forgery (Lat. falsum) differs very slightly from fraud. "Forgery", says Ferraris, who claims that his definition is the usually accepted one, "is a fraudulent interference with, or alteration of, truth, to the prejudice of a third person". It consists in the deliberate untruthfulness of an assertion, or in the deceitful presentation of an object, and is based on an intention to deceive and to injure while using the externals of honesty. Forgery is truly a falsehood and a fraud, but it is something more. It includes fraudulent misdemeanours in matters regulated by the law, and endangering the public peace. These misdemeanours are divided by canon law writers into three classes — according as the crime is committed by word, by writing, or by deed. The principal crime in each of these classes being false witness, falsification of public documents, and counterfeiting money. A fourth category consists in making use of such forgery, and is equivalent to forgery proper. This classification, while slightly superficial, is exact, and presupposes the fundamental malice of the crime in question, viz., that it is prejudicial to public security and injurious to the interests of society at large, rather than to those of the individual." |

hey! what did you tell to one of your clients? "murahin na lang ako wag lang asawa ko at wag nang idamay anak ko." do you think your client is loyal? nope!!! your client is so SCARED of you. tama ba, EJ? wanna read all the emails of your "good" client for your awareness, mga negative comments niya about you???!!!???
some of the "good" comments of your "good" client/s: "kamura-mura naman kasi ang asawa mo." "gagawa-gawa ng katiwalian anak mo, takot naman pala." "garapal talaga, i have the reasons to doubt" atbp
this forum is a reminder to the Filipinos to choose a good agent. the good thing about it is when it comes to orientation, you cannot tell lies anymore since the TRUTH has come out already.
one day, the GENERAL will visit your office to see how you conduct the orientation. surprise!!! sounds interesting, yeah!!!
bye bye bye

As for you sanyo, I believe you have raised you point, hopefully you don't answer back in a way that would fire up hate. I am sure the person behind this thread about Sampang also wants his opinions heard. If you were offended, I am sure it was unintentional. So let is close this thread now or better yet let us tone down. |

sabi nga ni jhun, baka ipapulis pa nya si sampang sa nz if ever di nya ilabas yung pera...pero i think that could be the worst scenario....

hi to all. i was searching for australian embassy and i saw your thread.
interested ako kasi i once applied sa new zealand under sampang. i was so desperate that time so ngbayad ako almost 55,000 pesos sa sampang for the EOI. kya lng since i got a good job dito sa pinas, dinefer ko muna and later decided na wag na ituloy ung application ko.
since ung EOI plang naman ang nagawa, i was asking Sampang to refund to me ung binayad ko even part lang since my nagawa na sila sa EOI.
Am i right claiming a part of the fee? if yes, how can i claim pa kya sa sampang?
thanks for forum like these serving as eye openers. |

You have every right to get your money specially if service is not rendered.
I used previously a consultant for Canada but I did not push through with it. It took me more than three years to realise that I am not for Canada then I asked them what I can do about the money already paid.
They told me to just offer the service to other people and have them pay me the amount. Its like saying, we cannot return the money in cash but you can transfer the the fee to someone else. To me its fine, a fair exchange because I realise that they also have spent time on my papers.
If you want to go after Sampang then do it in a way that will make sure that you will be heard.
1 You can hire a lawyer; or
2 Go to the media, say approach "Imbestigador" |

anyway, i will have to look for a lawyer who could help me with this.
anymore suggestions? ill try to ask if imbestigador can help me.
thx again. |
