i suggest not to delete this thread because people will have an idea as to what kind of image that Sampang has.
nagsisilbing aral ito kay Desi Sampang, she has learned a very good lesson --- di na niya kinukuha mga pasaporte ng iba nilang clients.

Hi dod, yes kasi yung conversion rate nila sa NZD is 42 pesos. Grabe. 33 lang sa ANZ eh....
Tapos yung 1500 NZD na dapat eh babayaran mo pagkatapos na makuha mo PR mo at siguradong nasa NZ ka na non dahil WTR ka pa nga lang eh pinapabayaran ng pilit at ayaw ibigay ang VISA mo hanggat di mo binabayaran.
Tapos wala naman sa usapan na ikaw ang magbabayad ng mga courrier fees eh sinisingil nila ngayon. 10K pesos pa ha. Eh sa totoo lang 2x lang naman nagpadala thru DHL/FEDEX at ang alam ko is 2.5K lang ang bawat padala from Pinas to Beijing or BKK. Ngayon ang tawag na nila doon eh Misc fees hindi na courrier fee kasi medyo nahihiya na sila.
Isa pa. Gusto pa nilang makausap muna ni Sampang yung client bago i-release yung VISA. OK mainam nga yon kaso iniiwasan naman nila na magkausap sila ng client kapag hindi binayaran yung 10K na misc fee at yung 1500 NZD para sa PR na hinid pa naman nila nagagawa yung serbisyong para sa iyo.
Siguro nga mali kami na mga huling naka-experience ng ganito kay Mr Sampang. At yung mga naunang sinwerte na hindi naka-experience ng ganito kay Sampang ay ang mga tama....Kaya kami ay walang karapatan na magsalita ng against or mga bad experiences namin kay Sampang. |

Although I don't recommend consultants since you can do it on your own, for those who still INSIST that they still need a consultant you may want to check out the immigration assistance (not consultancy) from the "INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR MIGRATION" (IOM).
They charge a minimal fee of I think about P10-12,000 (total expenses) to help you compile the documents necessary to complete the application. The fee includes 1) an assessment if you pass the points threshold (you need a CV for this) and 2) compilation of documents (which is really what a "consultant" does).
Their website is http://www.iom.int/. They are not a part of the U.N system but maintains close ties with them.
Their office is in Citibank Towers Makati.
Please do your own due diligence.

GOD DAMM these f__king, stinking, filthy immigration consultants, who like illegal recruiters, prey on hapless Fils wanting only a better future for their families.
They should be publicly humiliated, electrocuted, tortured, beheaded, then paraded around the sts of Mla..just before being fed to Sharks..who would most likely refuse them..til they rot for naught.
Crazy! Heartless!

i don't agree with you. this serves as a reminder to the filipinos to be very careful when choosing an agent. para sa ikabubuti ng mga mamamayang pilipino ang mga nakasulat dito. kung hindi ka lalaban, sino ang puputol sa sungay ang ahenteng ito na imbes na makatulong sa kapwa ay pabigat pa.
puro kasinungalingan ang pinagsasabi kapag may orientation, hindi man lang naawa sa mga taong nagbebenta ng kalabaw at mga properties para lang magkaron ng magandang kinabukasan sa new zealand. kung totoong may malasakit kayo, sana matutong makitao ang asawa mo.
para kayong imelda at marcos na nasisira business mo dahil sa sama ng ugali ng asawa mo. kung umasta akala mo kung sino, hindi naman ganun kagalingan. ang alam lang ata na english ay "oh really".
ano ka ngayon, gaano katotoo yung mga sinasabi mo na walang mapi-PR kung walang tulong or serbisyo mula sa iyo na may kapalit na pera (naturally kasi business). sa mga kliente na inapi at inalipusta ng asawa mo, siya ngayon ang PR. taas noo kahit kanino.
hindi ka na pinaniniwalaan ng immigration at higit sa lahat ng mga pilipino. sino sa palagay mo ang talo sa inyong dalawa? ang kliente mo na tahimik na namumuhay at may mga magagandang job offers o ikaw na wala nang kliente. ano na ang natitira sa iyo, kahit respeto wala na rin.
aside from losing clients, your losing your business. remember that a business exists primarily because may "market" ka. kung naging maganda lang ang reputasyon mo at pakikitungo ng asawa mo sa mga kliente mo "sana naging maganda ang takbo ng business mo".
imbes na manahimik ka na lang, sige ka pa ren. wala ka nang magagawa dahil nakuha na ng kliente mo ang loob ng immigration. anong basis??? inimbistigahan ka lang naman at nagkaron ng statistical report kung ilang clients mo ang nagpaterminate sa iyo. bakit ba magpapaterminate sa iyo mga clients mo? siyempre, you're not a reliable and good agent.
kung hindi pa dahil sa kanya, sa palagay mo matatauhan ka gaya ng conversion sa pagpalit ng dollar. sino ang mas pinaniniwalaan sa inyo ngayon? siya na naging PR, siya na ginaya ng iba mong clients na magpaterminate ng service mo, siya ang pinaniniwalaan ng immigration.
kung ako sa iyo, manahimik ka na lang at matutong magpakumbaba. blessed are those who humble themselves.

Yup Aspirant you have a very good point here. But please don't take my reply literally. It's just my way to pacify the persons posting here na medyo mainit to ease up a little bit. No exchanging of words that is meant to harm.
I mean, isa lang naman ang goal natin dito, to help each other na makaraos sa application. That is the main goal of this forum and not the otherway around. Afterall, what goes around, comes around. Kung sino ang gumawa ng pagkakamali, sya na ang magdadala nun.
