hi tolek,

no news from VO Frances Wu. ano na kaya ang nagyari sa kanya?

for the meantime, my wife and i are compiling our papers (transcript, diploma, etc.). and also preparing the other documents that will be needed for the WTR. para pagdating ay submit agad.

how are you guys holding?

thanks.

hi sailorgirl,

yes, we did recieve the global priority response from Sue Shen and not FW.

it is really disappointing but as popsy pointed out, our VO hold in their hands our fate/visa. instead of dwelling on it so much, jen and i decided to accomplish most of the requirements that will be needed ones we receive our WTR.

this the most that we can do on our part.

but we do not buy totally the 'global priority' reasoning. by the way, what is your score in EOI? we got 155 points.

rey & jenny esquerra,

that's a good idea, i think we should be doing the same.... nakaka inis lang ay yung friends namin na feb. lang na interview ibibigay na WTR nila though iba VO nila... talaga yatang FW lang ang may problema...

anyway, still hoping for the best...

regards,

tolek

Hi Rey & Jenny, My vo is also FW, I was interviewed Jan. 18, 2006 and I also received the same letter from Sue Shen regarding global priorities.

I agree with you to prepare the documents for wtr in
advance. Can you please provide me lists of documents for wtr?

Tks/Babie&Gerry

for those who are waiting for a reply after the interview, did anyone checked the NZIS website for any update regarding our immigration application?

i've checked out NZIS for any update and found out that my Health Certificate - Full Medical was received last June 16, 2006.

anyone with a similar case? anybody who has an idea what does this mean?

This mean that the medical result has been refer to the New Zealand Medical Assessor for verification. This could mean that the V.O. or the branch that is holding the application couldn't decide with regards to the medical result.

hope this helps.

Hi, I am also under Ms Frances Wu. I just need some inputs regarding the medical results that we have submitted to our visa officer. I checked the NZIS website and noticed that the status of our medical is already expired. We were asked by our VO last Feb to resubmit the med cert of my youngest son and already sent last May2. However, until now the status still not chage. Do you have any idea if how long does it take for them to update the medical records? Also, we already submitted our IELTS certificate 2nd week of June to our visa officer. We are now actually waiting for the interview. Anybody who has the same case as ours. Appreciate your feedback. Thanks. Please refer below for out timeline

EOI submitted : March 30, 2005
EOI Selected: April 4 2005
ITA receive: August 2005
ITA submitted Dec 14 2005
Resubmit Med Cert: May 2006
IELTS CERT SUBMITTED: June 2006
Interview: not yet

Hi to all applicants under F Wu, S Shen or other Shanghai babes. Just want to know if anyone of you received any news on WHO our new VO is? I read somewhere that F Wu is already in New Zealand. I have not received any further notice/emails/posts after my interview last Feb 2006. No letter of global priorities either. July is fast approaching. Should we still expect some form of communication from our "old" VO?

hi Rey & Jenny sorry for my late reply, just opened my email. Gusto ko lang po malaman yong tungkol sa
support fund of NZ1,000 each for 3 months. Kailangan ba talaga yon even if we have relatives in NZ who vouch to support us until we are settled in NZ? lima kasi kami at masyado malaki amount kung sakali ang kailangan naming i produce.

Please enlighten me on this matter.

regards,

hi merlie,

it is good to hear that you have relatives who would help you out during your early settlement in New Zealand.

from what we know, since you have relatives there in NZ you have to show a proof that they could really help you out and for your 'pocket money' i think you still have to produce the amount for you and your husband.

NZIS will have to evaluate the capability of your relatives to support you guys and together with your pocket money, things might be easier for you and your relative.

at what stage are you in? who is the principal?
