Nabasa ko sa AklPinoys na may recently na-interview si FW and declined ang visa application nya, i.e. ni WTR walang binigay. Accounting ang skill. Pero may until end of Sept 2009 to comment on her decision.

Hi wellingtonianbuddy,

Thanks for your concern, I have forwarded the complaint process to the branch manager and as expected, the branch manager cannot do anything about the complaint. I should think VO Frances Wu just followed her master's instruction and that explains her bad attitude. I gladly escalated the complaint to the Deputy Secretary.

I do not expect any positive answers from them as I know there are far too many grey areas in the PR process. It is just not fair that they deceived me into thinking that I may get a WTR with no job offer, then declined my application after I have wasted my precious time and hard earned money.

I do not expect them to refund me although I think they should, however I can expose NZ immigration's deceitful acts by sharing my bad experience in this forum. In my opinion, many applicants are sincere and wish to contribute to NZ society, however NZ immigration has exploited the situation and gained the monetary benefits from it.

Have you tried sending an email to the NZ Office of Ombudsmen?
