Bushy Park Homestead
| Bushy Park Homestead is an Edwardian mansion in park-like grounds alongside a 90ha virgin lowland forest bird sanctuary. The homestead and forest are enclosed by a predator-proof fence and offer bush walks and tranquillity as well as an opportunity to learn about New Zealand's birdlife and natural forest. Guests can choose from a bunkhouse with up to eleven people, to old-style bed and breakfast in private rooms. We are only twenty minutes from Wanganui City and offer free transport from the town or airport. |
