Very good backpackers, friendly, well run, good security. some of the rooms are noisy due to either being on the main road or facing the smokers courtyard, but the night porter does go round occassionally to tell them to shut up. enjoyed my stay here on the whole, and will definitely go back when i am in nz again. it can seem a little shabby but dont let that put you off

Best place... miss my time there.. staff was really cool, got a lot of bp stories, hilarious to see the rejection list, awesome staff!!! Respect to Dave and Herman the Herminator in the lobby!
