Clean, comfortable, budget accommodation, just a five minute walk to the city (courtney place) New Zealands centre of entertainment. We have single rooms double, twin and triplerooms all of which have there own bathrooms. We also have a fully equiped kitchen and dining room, TV lounge with sky tv, laundry, telephone and free internet access. We are within a ten minute drive and on shuttle route to the Airport, rail and the bus depot. The free shuttle bus goes from here for the 9.30am Interisland Ferry.

This was the worst guest house i have ever stayed in! The owner was rude, the bed was uncomfortable and the "en-suite" bathroom was dirty and smelt! I would seriously urge any potential stayer to reconsider!!

The owner of this place is very rude, I wouldnt waste my time staying at such a place, you would rather spend your precious dollars elsewhere.
