I found the rooms exceptionally clean and

full linen was supplied like a motel.

No parties are allowed but that made the

place good to sleep at after a full days work.Outside BBQ area was very peaceful

and no drunks just familys.

I found this establishment exceptionally clean, with friendly management. The gardens are well tended quiet with a picnic tables and a smoking BBQ area second to none I have stayed at.

I found it so much better than the usual shearers quaters so often available for the same cost. This place was like a motel!!
