Avoid,avoid,avoid i can't put it in more simple terms.A awful place dirty lifeless and be prepared to share the place with some of Dunedin's down & out's

I highly recommend this place over the other backpackers in town. Fireplaces, good kitchens, and the staff are really helpful and chill. The houses are really big and "the garage" is awesome.

I stayed at the Manor House. I do not recommend it. I had pubes on my sheet so I had to look in the laundry for clean sheets. Avoid.
