This is the finest hostel i found in New Zealand, management was helpful and laid back. great facilities, different price ranges, tenting availiable, or you can have a sweet as stay in a teepee for a few dollars less than a dorm room. great place for young people, hot tub, pool, dry sauna, party bus, great beach volleyball. Definitely my numero uno choice.

We have stayed in many backpackers and we would have to say that this was the most awful one we have stayed in. We stayed here for 1 night and it was shocking. We were put in a room which was located next to the toilets. We could not sleep as the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything that was happening in the toilets. If you want any sleep book elsewhere!!!!

I once stay here about 2 years ago and had the best time. Good people, good atmosphere and the best hostel of my travels. There was also a fun bus for parties.
