This backpackers is where I went to when I became fed up with the Occidental. Rooms are nice, with all new carpet, large and clean kitchen, clean showers and toilets. Nice staff. Laundry is 3$, which is kind of expensive, and they charge for extra things like extra blankets and towels.

Stina's comment is somewhat inaccurate,the kitchen is tiny as is the dining room, the rooms aren't great with a shocking standard of decorating and for gods sake avoid the huge dorm room.However it is fairly clean and the staff are generally ok and more importantly the atmosphere is pretty good.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOSTEL. ITS GREATEST ASSET IS THE FRIENDLINESS THE STAFF. IT CREATES A LOVELY ENVIRONMENT AND EVERYONE SEEMS TO COME TOGETHER IN THE BEER GARDEN. THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT TO STAY AT.
